- Single award contract for the period of August 1, 2010 to July 31. 2011, for the Dept. of Veteran's Affairs. Anticipate approximately 10 orders per year, for approximately 5, 000 to 8,000 newsletters per order. Each newsletter 8 pages per issue. Trim size 8-1/2 x 11". Print head to head, in four color process. Folds from 17 x 11 to 8-1/2 x 11 to a final size of 5-1/2 x 11. as a saddle-stitch product. After folding, product is secured with 3 clear Seal-O-Matic or equal tabs on the 8-1/2" dimension. Operations include electronic prepress, making reproducibles, printing in four color process, binding, mailing and distribution. Quality Level III. Bid Opening July 26, 2010.
