Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 1 650/90C VAMC Providence) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a contract for Research and Development of Mission Manuals and Workbooks to be used by mental health practitioners in the field as a best practice field guide for the prevention, treatment and mitigation of homelessness among veterans and co-morbidities associated with homelessness. Proposed Awardee: DUNS: 603847393, CAGE: 6R004 UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS, VICE PROVOST FOR RESEARCH, 55 LAKE AVE N, WORCESTER, MA 01655-0002 A firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with a duration of approximately two (2) years is contemplated with deliverables described as follows: (LINE ITEM, DELIVERABLE DESCRIPTION) 0001 TREATMENT MANUAL (OUTLINE), 0002 HANDBOOK (OUTLINE) 0003 TREATMENT MANUAL (FULL DRAFT), 0004 HANDBOOK (FULL DRAFT), 0005 TREATMENT MANUAL (CAMERA READY COPY), 0006 HANDBOOK (CAMERA READY COPY), 0007 CONSULTATION. A decision not to compete this requirement is contained in the Justification and Approval linked to this synopsis. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source.
