- Equipment/services needed This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is. TIRWR10Q00047 The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order for the leasing of Radio and Audio Visual Equipment for the time period from July 21, 2010 through July 29, 2010. Location will be at the OMNI San Diego Hotel, 675 L. Street, Sandiego, CA 92101. The government will award a commercial item purchase order to the offeror with the most advantageous offer to the government: lowest price, technically acceptable. All offerors must submit their best price no later than the deadline stated below. The solicitation opens on the date this announcement is posted and closes Monday, July 19, 2010 by 4:30 PM, Pacific Standard Time. All the responses, including quote shall be submitted via email or fax only, to Contract Officer, Martha Krumel, martha.k.krumel@irs.gov. This Award will be in accordance with Wage and Determination No: 2005-2057 (Rev.11) was first posted on www.wdol.gov, 06/22/2010; revised, 6/15/2010 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532299 Requirement Description: All requirements for equipment needed and details to be followed are found on the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offer must be good for 60 calendar days after submission The following provisions and clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition and include any addenda to the provisions. This solicitation incorporates one or more provisions and clauses by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text: Provisions FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items (June 2008); 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items (August 2009); Clauses 52.212-4; Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items (March 2009); and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items (December 2009).
