- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W912MM10T0018 and solicitation document is attached to this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-41. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 532420 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $25 million. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for all materials, licenses, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor for cost-per-copy services at the South Dakota Air National Guard (SDANG), Joe Foss Field in accordance with the attached statement of work and attachments.
