- RFQ#NRC-DR-30-10-003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format set forth in Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Part 12, 13, and 19 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) Number NRC-DR-30-10-003. This solicitation document incorporated Statement of Work, provisions and clauses. The provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. NAICS number is 541519. Business Size Standard is $25 Million. This is a small business set aside. The Government intents on awarding a labor hour contract with an estimated value of $150,000-$170,000. DESCRIPTION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has a need for contractor support to provide PBX system maintenance for the NRC Region III office located in Lisle, IL. This includes maintaining Avaya S8700 system with Communication Manager 5.1 and performs telecommunications system maintenance and associated support as required. Provide service support for the following: Modular Messaging System, Integrated Fault Performance software, Voice Gate Server with Emergency Response Dialing and blast/broadcast dial Emergency Announcement System (2) G650, (1) G350 ess (15) G250 Media Gateways, Linux Operating System software (Redhat Enterprise RHEL 4.0) Windows 2003 server software,Avaya digital, analog, VoIP Telephone Equipment, PRI Trunking, Adtran Switches, EMMC software for phone bridge circuits The Government reserves the right to award without discussion; therefore each offeror is encouraged to submit their best terms with their proposal. Special attention is directed to FAR 52.212-1 (b). Failure to submit the required information for evaluation may render the offer non-responsive. Offerors shall include a fully executed copy of the FAR provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
