The Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, Sierra Vista Branch at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, acting as the contracting agent for the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Command is issuing a request for project proposals supporting funded research and development efforts for Joint Services Small Arms Program (JSSAP) Office M4A1 Carbine Barrel Life Durability Study Eligibility: In order to receive an award under this request for project proposal, offerors must be a member of the National Small Arms Technology Consortium.
