- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The Phoenix VA Health Care System is performing market research to locate companies that can provide a Thrombectomy System. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. NAICS Code 334510 is proposed for this acquisition. Thrombectomy system must be equal or equivalent to: AngioJet Ultra Thrombectomy System *IEC Class 1 Type CF device *110/120 VAC and 220/240 VAC, 50/60 Hz,10 Amps Max *60 second processor memory backup *Enclosure Protection: IPX1 *Foot Switch Protection: IPX8 Interested contractors that have the product mentioned above are invited to submit their information, no later than the date stated in this announcement. All prospective contractors are required to have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and FAR Part 4.12, prospective contractors must complete electronic on line annual representations and certifications (ORCA) databases prior to award of a contract. Both can be accessed at the Business Partner Network (BPN) website at http://www.bpn.gov/.
