- Solicitation Amendment 003 SITE SHOWING Date CHANGED: USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program for Harlingen Irrigation District, Cameron County, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for installing vinyl sheet piling to stabilize drainage channel banks located along existing drainage ditches near Harlingen, Texas. The project will involve excavation, earth fill, drain fill placement, and driving PVC (vinyl) sheet piling for bank toe stabilization (approx. 2400 lf). The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted o/a June 30 2010. REVISED INFORMATION: Site Showing is scheduled for July 8, 10 at Cameron County San Benito Annex, (Training Room #2), 1390 West Expressway 83, San Benito, Texas 78586 starting at 8:30 am CST. Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 Solicitation has been amended, Contractors must acknowledge all amendments in block 19 of Standard Form 1442.
