- Solicitation No.: W912CN-10-R-0059 Description: This will be a firm fixed price and requirements type contract. This is a non-personal services contract to provide all personnel and transportation for delivery of information technology services to U.S. Army Installation Management Command Pacific (IMCOM-P) Region Offices located on Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Services will be provided for approximately 140 personnel and shall be focused on the following four areas: (1) Help Desk Operation, (2) Web Master, (3) Database Administration and (4) Video Teleconferencing. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 16 July 2010. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 16 July 2010. Period of performance is 01 August 2010 30 September 2011 with 3 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $25.0 Million. NAICS 541519, Other ADP & Telecom Svcs. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This is a new requirement.
