- Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration has a requirement dispose a 38 foot patrol booat located at Suisuin Bay Reserve Fleet, Benicia, CA. The solicitation DTMA4Q10044 will be issued on or about 8/02/10 and it will be Set-Aside for Small Businesses. under the NAICS Code 562211 for Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal/ $12.5. STATEMENT OF WORK Disposal of the PF 68 a 38ft patrol boatPF68 weight is approximately 25,000 lbThe hull is fiberglass and there are 2 diesel engines which have been exposed to salt water. There are also holes in the hull of the vessel. The vessel has been determined by the government to be of no value and will be scrapped Description of workRequire the decontamination of bilges removal of all engine fluids and batteries. Proper disposal of packaging, labeling and transportation to a land fill site. Include a copy of the final disposition, profiling, manifests, and the certification. Please return all certification or copy of certification documents to Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF). Government will provide: If requiredDelivery of the PR-68 within 15 miles on water way transportation of SBRF but will not have the capability too off load the vessel once it arrives at the disposal site.
