Description
The Federal Aviation Administration seeks to purchase Electronic Equipment for the Oakland SSC. Please see the attached list of Part Numbers, Quantities and Item Descriptions to be purchased. This is a SIR requesting pricing from electronic equipment vendors. The pricing submitted in response to this SIR will constitute a binding contract with the successful vendor upon its acceptance by the Federal Aviation Administration. Firm prices are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This SIR document, as well as the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Management System (AMS) Clauses and Prescriptions. NAICS 334290- Other Communication Equipment Manufacturing applies. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside according to the AMS Clause 3.6.1-1 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (January 2010). Pricing must be submitted in writing: a.
