- This synopsis is issued to have Sanitary Tank #2 cleaned and boiled out in accordance with Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility Process Instruction IPI 5931-001A; Trisodium Phosphate (TSP) Cleaning of sanitary tank #2 on submarine. Work will be performed at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The Contractor will be required to obtain appropriate security clearance (Green badge) to work. The Contractor must have an approved QA system; Non-Hawaii Contractors should include a remote site plan. The Contractor must have an ABR/MSRA Certification. Period of Performance will be 8/10/10 - 8/21/10. This is set aside 100% for small business. Award of this contract shall be in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
