- The United States Government seeks to negotiate a new, replacing lease for the Department of Homeland Security: Transportation Security Administration. The proposed lease shall be located within the following areas of delineation: North - North San Fernando Road South - West Victory Boulevard East - North Buena Vista Street West - Vineland Avenue The Government requires 9,980 ANSI/BOMA office and related space in an existing building. The office area must be on a contiguous floor. On-site reserved parking spaces for 10 official government vehicles shall be provided. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and must be fully-serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space needs to be ready for occupancy by December 19, 2010. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
