- The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for conservation of paintings for the Commandant of the Marine Corps House. All items must be quoted in aggregate within the solicitation. The quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included within the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) (www.neco.navy.mil). The closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded as a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS code 541990/$7.0M size standard. There will be a site visit/walk through of the facility, located on 8th St. and I St., SE Washington D.C., conducted 10:30 AM, EST on 27 July 2010. If you plan on attending, please contact Mrs. Jessica Leasure no later than 10:00 AM EST., 26 July 2010. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (NECO) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFQ and amendments, if any. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address questions.
