Description: U--The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, intends to award a sole source contract to the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) for training services and materials on the principles of design-build project delivery and for the administration of the DBIA exam for the design-build professional designation. DBIA is the only known source for this training and designation. The period of performance for these services is from date of award through September 2011 which consists of three sessions tentatively targeted for October 2010, February 2011, and June 2011 and will be held at locations to be determined by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers - Baltimore District. Interested concerns may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement based upon any responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses/proposals to this notice must be received no later than close of business, 5:00 P.M., 29 July 2010, Eastern Standard Time.
