Description

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation notice. A combined synopsis/ solicitation will be posted subsequently to request quotes for the requirements of Ektron CMS400.NET Unlimited Users Maintenance License. The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation, and Enforcement (BOEMRE) has a competitive requirement for Ektron CMS400.Net Unlimited Users Maintenance License for two websites (Internal: Pipeline & External: MMS.gov) to be awarded to the offeror whose Quote gives evidence of the greatest value to the Government that will be outlined in the upcoming synopsis/ solicitation. The combined synopsis/ solicitation will be for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable and supplemented with additional information included in the notice. Solicitation number M10PS00237 is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 and the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR). It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with applicable provision and clauses. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210; entitled Software publishers.
