- RFQ Provide all tools, equipment, materials and labor to remodel the Medical Office at U.S. Coast Guard Base Support Unit Miami, Miami Beach, Florida in accordance with attached specifications (2735429) and drawings (M-1677D). Significant work items include but not limited to: REMODELING THE MEDICAL OFFICE. THE PROJECT MAY ALSO INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF SEVERAL NEW DOORS AND REPLACE FLOOR COVERINGS IN THE X-RAY ROOM AND IN LAB 240. FURNISH AND INSTALL AUTOMATIC ALL ELECTRIC HEAVY SWINGING DOOR EQUIPMENT SURFACE APPLIED ON EXISTING DOORS AND FRAMES. FURNISH AND INSTALL NEW AUTOMATIC ALL ELECTRIC ALUMINUM AND GLASS DOORS AND FRAME WITH HEAVY DUTY SWING DOOR EQUIPMENT The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for total small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2007 code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million.
