- Provide Scroll Compressors. The items will be delivered to Eglin Air Force Base, FL. This requirement is unrestricted, on the basis of full and open competition. The award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer, and past performance. The required delivery date is 60 calendar days) after receipt of order. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available on the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
