- FAR part 13 and 12 will be utilized in this procurement. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center San Diego Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase a quantity of one (1) V22 testing adapter. Negotiations are to be conducted solely with DIT-MCO International Corporation 5612 Brighton TER Kansas City MO 64130. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1 due to data and patents owned by DIT-MCO International Corporation. The applicable NAICS: 334515 business size 500 employees.
