Special Operations Command intends to contract with the FLIR Systems Inc 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 for the repair of two (2) Thermovision Sentry UC; S/N: 13540146 camera systems on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 The following numbered notes are applicable to this requirement: 8, 12, 13, 22 and 23.
