- This publication serves as notice of intent for the award of a Purchase Order to acquire services to continue the Integration of disparate databases, maintenance and growth of the National Sawfish Encounter Database as a tool for assisting in the recovery of the federally endangered smalltooth sawfish from the Florida Museum of natural History under the Univeristy of Florida. The services are being acquired for U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Services, Protected Resources Division in St. Petersburg, FL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses. However, all responses received within three days after date of publication of this notice may be considered by the government. Responses can be faxed to Sharon Walker at (816) 274-6983 or sent via email to shaorn.walker@noaa.gov. A determination by the government not to compete the acquisitions based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City Office requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). No award can be made to a company not registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register, all offerors must have a Dunn & Bradstreet Number.
