- PR 0025972478. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-0837, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN: 5895-01-300-7905, Panel, Indicator. NSN is a non commercial, part numbered item and the approved sources is Bell Helicopter/CAGE 97499, P/N 209-075-325-123. Solicitation will be issued on a unrestricted basis utlizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 22 Each. A 100% Quantity Option applies. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 69 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on July 12, 2010. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. A Small Business Subcontracting plan is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Certified Cost or Pricing data is required. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on May 12, 2010. The solicitation issue date is July 15, 2010. The closing date is August 16, 2010. The estimated award date is November 26, 2010.
