- ***RECOVERY ACT*** CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - 644-10-013, Elevators 6, 7 & 8, Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center. The Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PAVAHCS), Phoenix Arizona, intends to issue a solicitation requesting proposals to provide all work to Replace elevators 6, 7, & 8 in Building 1 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Performance Period is 180 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed. The complete Statement of work will be included in the solicitation document that will be available on FedBizOpps on or about April 19th, 2010. Interested parties are required to attend a site visit; Thursday, April 22nd, 2010, 10:00 AM (local time) and will meet at the Department of Veterans Affairs, 650 E Indian School Road, ACC Basement, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Information regarding the site visit will be indicated AGAIN in the solicitation when posted. All bidders/contractors are required to attend the site-visit in order to submit a Proposal on the project. There will only be ONE Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit for this project and the site visit is MANDATORY. Due to anticipated response and limited space, please limit the number of attendees in your group. Solicitation response due date/time will be advertised in the solicitation. Proposal submissions shall be electronic via the Vendor Portal. This project requires the bidders/contractors to secure bonding. All bidders shall be registered and verified in the www.ccr.gov and www.vetbiz.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/ in order to be eligible for award. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 238290. The associated size standard for this procurement is $14.0 million dollars in average gross annual receipts for the preceding three years. Project Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. Award is subject to availability of funding and subject to Recovery Act funding.
