- This project is for remediation of abandoned mine lands near Green Valley, Arizona. The competitive process was limited to the holders of IDIQ contracts AG-8173-C-10-0011, AG-8173-C-10-0012, and AG-8173-C-10-0013. Fair opportunity was given to the contract holders, and award was made to RMC Consultants, Inc., as their offer represented the best value to the Government. RECOVERY: This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
