- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Bird Habitat Conservation intends to request services from the vendor that will supply an audio/visual system and personnel necessary for the Federal Duck Stamp Contest to be held on October 15-16, 2010 at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California. The purpose of the audio/visual system is to provide simultaneous viewing of the contest entries by the public in the auditorium and the judges who are located in voting carrels on stage. All interested companies must submit their offers to the identified point of contact by 4:00pm, July 27, 2010. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing via e-mail to ana_ruiz@fws.gov by July 23nd, 2010. Quotes are due by COB August 3, 2010.
