- This is an amendment to Solicitation NIHOF2010JM233. The purpose of this amendment is (1) delete and replace paragraph (1) Technical Approach in Section E.2 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEM (JAN 1999) and (2) extend the closing date for receipt of proposals. Paragraph (1) Technical Approach in Section E.2 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEM (JAN 1999) is deleted and replaced with: "(1) Technical Approach. The offeror's technical approach shall comply with the requirement in Section B.9.1 Contractor Personnel Qualification. Specialized technical experience is an evaluation factor. The offeror shall address the statement of work in adequate details to clearly and fully demonstrate their understanding of the requirements and any inherent problems. If the offeror intends to use subcontractors to perform any of the work under this contract, the offeror shall identify the subcontractors and describe the work they will be performing. The offeror shall identify all of the potential risks of this contract and explain its approach to mitigating these risks. The Government will also evaluate the solution offered based on industry standards, innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency as shown by the offeror's related experiences and capabilities in achieving the Statement of Work." THE CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR THE RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS TO JULY 21, 2010, AT 1:00 PM.
