- Solicitation HC102810T2192 ref DHQCSD11MPC0024 GT Software Inc's Software Maintenance JA FAR 6 DHQCSD11MPC0024 Please reply to the SOLICITATION for GT SOFTWARE, INC.'s, software maintenance renewal support. The GT SOFTWARE, INC. software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Period of performance (PoP) is 10/1/10 through 9/30/11. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the attached solicitation, HC1028-09-T-2192, and submit it via email to Lauren.oneill@disa.mil by 7/20/10, 9 AM CST and place DHQCSD11MPC0024 HC102810T2192 in the subject of the email. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order and 100 percent small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement. The justification detailing the government's essential need for GT SOFTWARE, INC.'s software maintenance is attached. All responsible small business sources with authority to provide the requirement items may submit a completed solicitation that will be considered.
