- To upgrade the existing Lucker Style Test Bed, model #M200, S/N 5753 and 40 ft bed in shop 72A located at Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, GA. This may require a site visit to see the existing equipment and what would be required for the upgrade. The upgrade will modify the existing platform to a 250,000lb Lucker Style Test bed, increase the Length of Pull to at least 40ft, upgrade controls and add computer printout capability while using the existing foundation. The following are to be included: -Clevis with pin, tang, support plate-250,000lb Load cell-Power Unit-A2D Converter and Test 35 Software Program, Microsoft XP-Laptop and printer (Pre-loaded with Test35 software automatically makes PDF files)-Fabricated parts-20ft test bed extension-Calibration to ATM-4-Freight-Travel expenses-Warranty against workmanship and material for one year -Calibrate lower limits to ASTM E-4, +/- 1%, traceable to NIST-Standard guarantee: accuracy of +/- 1% of reading on digital indicator from 1% to 100% of the load cell value and is calibrated and is accurate to very low limits of the test bed.-Installation, training and testing-Fully enclosed top and bottom equipment for safety Once the upgrades are completed the Test Bed is to be tested and calibrated, demonstrate the operation and printout capability, and provide necessary training to designated TRF personnel on its operation.
