- The United States Army Contracting Command Joint Munitions & LethalityContracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of thesupport of the U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Center (ARDEC)has a requirement for five (5) Tri-Axial Accelerometers with twenty (20)additional procurement options of five (5) per option (Total 105 ea.). TheU.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, andawarding a sole source effort to ENDEVCO, 30700 Rancho Viejo Road, San JuanCapistrano, California 92675 based on unacceptable delays in fulfilling theagencys requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination ofthe Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses tothis notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interestedparties may identify their interest and capability to respond to therequirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for thepurpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
