- Description
- This project consists of, but not limited to, the remodeling of approximately 31,000sf of space, including 14,500sf of major demolition and remodeling. BASE BID: Exterior remodeling work consists of installing replacement windows and a new roof. Interior remodeling work consists of demolition of partition walls, floor and ceiling finishes, doors, frames and hardwared, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. New inerior insulated walls will be constructed, new finishes include new flooring, wall finihses, ceiling systems, doors, frames, hardware, casework, HVAC, plumbing and elesctical systems. ADDITIVE BID OPTION 1: Complete locker room/restroom remodel including complete architectural HVAC, plumbing and electrical remodeling. ADDITIVE BID OPTION 2: Upgrade water service to building from 3" to 6" to accommodate sprinkler system install. ADDITIVE BID OPTION 3: Construct grated mechanical room attic catwalk.
