- THIS RFP IS OFFERED TO ALL BUSINESSES. AWARD WILL BE PROCESSED PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to design and build two new entryways on the north side of the existing metal Toad Building. Design shall include design calculations, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates. All required permits, fees, licenses, and taxes for this work shall be paid for by the Contractor. 2. All design and construction shall comply with the latest version of the International Building Code and all applicable Federal, State, and local codes, regulations, ordnances, and requirements. In the absence of specific regulation or code, design and construction shall be executed according to commonly acceptable industry standard practice. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF SITEThe site of the work is at the Saratoga National Fish Hatchery, P.O. Box 665, Saratoga, Wyoming, 82331. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the project site in order to examine the existing site conditions. Make arrangements for a site visit with the Station Manager, at (307) 326-5662. The estimated magnitude of construction isbetween $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 2362208, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $33.5 Million.
