- Bid Schedule This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The appropriate NAICS code is 541511, “Custom Computer Programming Services” and the corresponding small business size standard is $25 million. The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS), has a requirement for 12 months of non-personal software maintenance services on existing Magnolia Enterprise Edition software as set forth on the attached Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet Period of performance is October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. for the services are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Submit written questions regarding this request for quotation via facsimile to 269-961-4474/ATTN: DCSO-B/David Straughn. Questions received via e-mail or surface mail will NOT be answered. Questions must be received no later than 9 a.m., Eastern Time, July 22, 2010. Questions received after 9 a.m. Eastern Time, July 22, 2010 will NOT be answered. Receipt of your quotation is due no later than 9 a.m., Eastern Time, July 28, 2010. Submit quotation via facsimile or surface mail. E-mail submission of your quotation is NOT authorized.
