- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for one-hundred (100) hotel rooms for five (5) nights from August 16, 2010 - August 21, 2010 in New Orleans, LA. The hotel rooms shall be at the Government rate or lower. The hotel rooms shall be within a 0.5 mile walking distance from the following address: 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. The Government anticipates award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Location, Availability and Price will be considered. Responses shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is July 16, 2010 at 2:00pm. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Closing date for receipt of quotes is July 20, 2010 at 2:00pm EST
