- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease professional fully serviced office space in the city of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). Parking must meet local code requirements. The contiguous space offered must consist of approximately 5,427 rentable square feet, and the contiguous space should yield 4,719 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The space shall not be located within a 100-year flood plain. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area described below. North: Robinhood Road and Coliseum Drive South: Highway 421 to Interstate 40 East: Highway 8/Highway 311/Highway 52 West: Styers Ferry Rd to Country Club Road and Meadowlark Drive All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the property’s ownership.
