- The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center intends to negotiate and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Diversified Technical Systems, Inc. Seal Beach, CA 90740 to provide twenty (20) onboard transient shock recorders which consist of three different models as described below: Five (5) units of model TSR-5000-1500. This model contains three (3) Internal Piezo-Electric Accelerometers, three (3) Rate Gyros, and one (1) Pressure Sensor. Complete systems include the recorders, cables and software. Sampling rate: 20 KHz/channel, 12 bit ADC. 256 MByte flash memory (greater than 500 seconds of data). 150 psi pressure sensor. Size must be no bigger than 65mm x 65mm x 18 mm. Five (5) units of model TSR-1250. The requirement is the same as above except this model has no Rate Gyros. Ten (10) units of the TSR-1250-1500. Diversified Technical Systems, Inc. is the only company that can fulfill the requirement to the Government's specifications. Therefore, the Government must procure these shock recorders from Diversified Technical Systems, Inc. Contract will be completed by thirty (30) days after date of contract award.
