- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): The Renew Group, Inc, Contract#W912DQ-09-D-1019 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. Work will consist of remodeling of restrooms at Long Branch Lake, Macon, MO to ensure the facilities are compliant with the American with Disabilities Act. Work shall consist of renovating and limited reconstruction, painting and tile work. The contractor shall furnish all manpower, equipment and tools necessary to provide the required services.
