- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. The desired delivery date is 30-45 days after receipt of orders and installation is within 48 hours after receipt of all items within the contract. The place of performance is at US Coast Guard Sector San Diego, 2710 North Harbor Drive, san Diego, CA 92101. This requirment is set aside for small business with NAICS Codes: 337211, 337214 and 337127. The request for quote (RFQ) reference number is HSCG37-10-Q-L50ANH (attached). The objective of this requirment is to purchase a total of 16 Command Center Workstations in two different configuration as per attached requirement document. The contractor shall enclosed a drawing, proposed type of material that will be used and shall abide strictly to the requirement document in connection with stability, structural integrity, work surfaces, dimension, IT accomodation, warranty features and ancillary storage areas. Quotes will be evaluated base on "Best Value for the government", performance/experience, delivery date (lead time/installation). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. The following FAR clauses applies: FAR 52.212-1, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerciakl Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
