- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Warehouse North Platte, NE The United States Government seeks to lease Warehouse Space consisting of approximately 1,060 rentable square feet in North Platte, NE within the following delineated area: City Limits of North Platte, NE. The space should yield 1,060 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010.
