- The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to PHOENIX GLOBAL SUPPORT, LLC for radio frequency principles, antenna theory and recognition, and net equipment training on collection system and their aplications in an actual environment pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
