- Attachment 2 - Drawings Attachment 1 - Specifications Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The USDA Foresst Service, Manti La Sal National Forest, is soliciting quotes for the following requirement: 1-inch compacted asphalt pavement overlay at the Sanpete Parking area (approximately 15,000 square feet) as designated by drawings, cutting out damageed sections (approximately 380 square feet) of exisiting parking area and fill prior to overlay, and paint striping for parking stalls and handicap parking areas. The Government estimates the project magnitude to be under $25,000. This Request for Quotes is an Emerging Small Business set-aside. Quotes are due Monday, August 2, 2010 before 4:30 p.m. local time. Faxes will be accepted.
