Description
Delineated area revised July 2010 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Boston, MA The space should yield a minimum of 5,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 5,250 BOMA office area square feet. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, cancellable by the government after the initial 5 years upon 60 days written notice, and must be fully serviced. Offered space must be contiguous on one (1) floor. Ground floor space is preferable. The offered space must meet government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest must include, at a minimum, rental quotes based on a fully serviced lease (including all utilities and cleaning), building address, date of availability, floor size, parking arrangements, and be submitted in writing to the following address within 10 working days of the posting of this inquiry. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. No subleased space will be considered.
