- Trailer Specifications _pages 1-3 only as pages 4-6 are repeats. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and in accordance with FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a request for quote, solicitation number F8V3EM0187A001. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The associated NAICS codes is 336212, the size standard is 500 employees. This is a brand name or equal requirement. COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The 121 Air Refueling Wing, 7381 Zistel St, Rickenbacker IAP, Columbus OH 43217 has requirement for a Millennium Silver Tag brand name or equal enclosed trailer. All Contract Line Items (CLINs) have a desired delivery time of 30-90 days ARO. Delivery will be FOB Destination and all cost associated with shipping will be included in price.
