- DESCRIPTION: The VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) contract with Video and Telecommunications, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and Public Law 109-461. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-41. This procurement is to obtain the following equipment: CLIN 0001 - Humphrey Field Analyzer Hi (including SITA-SWAP) - model #7501HFA, Net Pro Table and Printer; CLIN 0002 - Cirrus HP-OCT 4.0 Core - model Cirrus 4.0, Core w/Anterior Segment, printer and table; CLIN 0003 - Trade in for old equipment (Model 750). CLIN0004 Two DICOM pieces of software. Vendor to also provide 2 Operator Manuals, 2 Service Manuals, One year warranty on all products (lasers to have 2 year warranty), Installation and Training for facility staff. Expected delivery is 45 days ARO. This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Proposals from vendors who are not registered with VetBiz as SDVOSB will not be considered at this time. Contractors are required to be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and VetBiz before contract award. NAICS Code for this requirement is 423460. Size standard is 100 employees. THIS NOTICE IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All proposals received by 4:00 P.M. Central Time, July 20, 2010 will be considered by the Government. Contractors will provide descriptive literature for any brand name or equal equipment believed to satisfy this requirement.
