Item is made to Lockheed Martin Corp, CAGE 81755, dwg 16VK063 rev "F" and applicable supports. Approved source is Carleton Life Support, CAGE 99251, p/n 3262033-0102. Solicitation is for 164 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 409 days After Receipt of Order. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is August 02, 2010 with a closing date of September 02, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about August 02, 2010.
