- W912JB10R4023 TRANSIENT AIRCRAFT SUPPORT SERVICES, SELFRIDGE ANG BASE, MI This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) is seeking potential small business sources [including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HUBZone, and 8(a)] for a Transient Aircraft Support Services contract. The work will include the following: Transient Aircraft Support Services to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide transient aircraft management, arrival, processing and departure services for all transient aircraft. It is possible that these services may be required at multiple SANGB locations simultaneously. The contractor must be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirement to be considered. The contract will be non-personal in nature. The work will be located at Selfridge ANG Base, MI (Macomb County). The Government intends to award one contract Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for an ordering period of up to 1 year, with 4 option periods (for a total of 5 years). The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 4581 and North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 488190. The size standard for this NAICS is $7.0 million. No solicitation is currently available. Responses should include the following information: 1. Offerors name, addresses, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include designation as HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc. For 8(a) Offerors, please include proposed graduation date from the 8(a) program. 3. Statement of Capability (SOC) is limited to 15 pages (only one copy is required). The SOC shall contain pertinent and specific information addressing the following areas: (1) Proof of SDVOSB, HUBZone, or 8(a) status; (2) Expertise in providing transient aircraft management, arrival, processing and departure services for all transient aircraft; and (3) Demonstration of similar contract performance within the last three years. A listing of projects completed during the past three years (both Government and private industry). The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and Point of Contract are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or a subcontractor on these projects; if subcontractor, provide the name and Point of Contact of the prime contractor. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. on 26 July 2010. Responses shall be delivered to 127 MSC Contracting Division, Attn: Marian Alviar, 43200 Maple Street, Bldg. 105, Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48045.
