- SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN-LANT) intends to award a$35,238,791.29 follow on sole source contract to SYN-TECH SYSTEMS, INC, theexclusive designer and manufacturer of FuelMaster Automated Fuel ServiceStation (AFSS) and Automated Data Collection (ADC) equipment. The AFSS and ADCequipment currently existing at military fuel facilities was specified by theDefense Energy Support Center (DESC). SYN-TECH SYSTEMS, INC. is currentlyproviding maintenance and technical support for their FuelMaster systems atmilitary bases worldwide. SPAWAR Atlantic has been requested to provide theservices and material to support the maintenance, logistics and technicalservices for the already installed FuelMaster Master Models 2550/2551 andMobile/Inplane Models 2525 in response to the priority initiatives promulgatedby Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), the Department of Defense (DoD) andother agencies. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
