The Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) has a requirement for one trade show display booth with lightening. The booth specifications are listed below shall be identical to the Nomadic Saturn display booth. This notice is hereby issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) SP0600-10-Q-0437. This constitutes the only RFQ and a written RFQ will not be issued. This is a one-time purchase; required shipping terms are FOB Destination to be delivered on or before Friday, July 30, 2010. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a quote by 1:00 pm EST on Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Quotes shall be submitted to Keith Carvalho via email ONLY to Keith.Carvalho@dla.mil. DESC is seeking the following: Frame: Quantity and Description (1) C34 3x4 classic frame in a nylon bag (2) P31 3.1 plus frame in a nylon bag (3) CRL Rolluxe Case (4) MCCRPC Plus to Classic Connecting Bar (13) MSC3 Three quad high Connected Struts (2) Three quad high medium double hinged fabric panels (2) Three quad high fabric panels (2) Three quad high plus large round fabric end caps (2) Three quad high plus fabric panel (2) Three quad high plus large round fabric end cap Lights: Set of (2) two premium halogen lights and electro strut in a tuxedo box.
