Description: This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The objective of this notice is to identify Small Business CROs capable of performing nonclinical toxicology and proof-of concept efficacy studies. Responding CRO must be able to demonstrate established capabilities in the following areas: general toxicology, neurobehavioral toxicology, reproductive toxicology, immunotoxicology and pharmacokinetics. The CRO should also have demonstrated experience with nonclinical evaluations of vaccines and therapeutic biologics (e.g., antibodies). Capability to perform nonclinical studies in mice, rats and rabbits is required. The ability to perform nonclinical studies in nonhuman primates is preferred. The CRO should have in-house or access to an array of pathology services including gross necropsy, histopathology, immunohistochemistry and tissue binding specificity studies of therapeutic antibodies. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to comply with the FDA's current Good Laboratory Practice Regulations (GLPs) Each response should include the following Business information: a.DUNS number b.Company Name c.Company Address d.Company Points of Contact (both technical and administrative/business), including names, titles, addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses. e.Do you have a Government-approved accounting system? f.Type of Company (i.e. small business, 8(a), woman owned, veteran owned, etc).
