- Attachment No. 2 Questionnarie Attachment No. 1 Regional Standard Picnic Table Solicitation AG-531A-S-10-0027 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidental supplies to furnish, deliver and install wood picnic tables including the removal of old picnic tables at various recreation facilities within the boundaries of the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky in accordance with the specifications, drawings, attachments, terms and conditions. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a base year and four option years and is set aside for small businesses. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database or an award cannot be made. You may register at the CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov.
