Request for Quotation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is for one (1) Parker Pump, part number PV270R1D3T1NFRZ; one (1) Parker Valve, part number PVAC1PCSNS3520; and one (1) Parker Int Block, part number PVCRER1N311. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. This action is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, for NAICS code 333911, with a size standard of no more than 500 employees. All items are to be delivered NLT 15 Oct 2010 to the NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette at 1897 Ranger Loop, Honolulu, HI 96818. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price basis, to the lowest responsible Offeror. All Quotes are to be accompanied by a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Any additional clauses that apply to this contract are marked. All responses are due to the person/address below by 5:00 PM Atlantic Daylight Time on 23 July 2010.
